"Eifion Ap Cadno is superb as Johnny, changing from likeable geezer to nasty champion of financial natural selection."
The List on Dreamland

“Eifion is captivating in the role of Al. He is on stage for the majority of the show and he has the difficult task of attempting to hold the emotional core of the show in place whilst madness reigns around him."
Broadway Baby on The Dip

In Cardiff, Wales I was an active member of several youth and amateur theatre companies such as the Sherman Youth Theatre, The Everyman Theatre and The Unknown Theatre Company; as well as acting for screen at The Workshop and with CUTV.

I then trained for three years on the BA (Hons) Acting and Contemporary Theatre course at East 15 Acting School in London. Our course leader Uri Roodner, a student of Philippe Gaulier, helped me find joy and freedom through the clown; while he and other tutors trained me in devising, expressionism, naturalism, Shakespeare, Grotowski, Boal and many other performance styles. It was also here that I wrote my debut play The Dip, which I directed for the course's flagship festival Debut 2018, before founding my theatre company Milk and Blood.

After graduating, I took The Dip to the Edinburgh Fringe 2018 where it transferred for a week's run at The Space, London. Recently I was an actor for a corporate shoot for DHL; and performed as the Creature in Lost In Time's production of Frankenstein in Bonn, Germany.

In September last year I had fun devising/acting/rewilding in a giant inflatable bubble in West Wales as part of The Jones Collective's latest R&D and pilot performance of FRANK. The company are working with National Theatre Wales and Natural Resources Wales to bring you a rural Welsh tour like no other.

Most recently I was touring Austria with Vienna's English Theatre's production of Spooked!, a wonderfully fun adaptation of Oscar Wilde's short story "The Canterville Ghost" that supports Austrian children's English language learning.

Below are some headshots, my showreel and a trailer for "Padded".
